Clustal W Alignments

This page contains the CLUSTAL W alignments of the sequences in examples 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 of the paper "Improving the Sensitivity of Multiple-Sequence Alignments by Incorporating Prior Knowledge" (RR-02-01). For further explanations on the examples see Gunewardena & Jeavons (RR-02-01). These alignments have been produced using the CLUSTAL W version 1.81 multiple sequence alignment package. The default parameters were used for all three alignments.
