This project, code named Datalace, takes
into account the time disparity in data reporting across a (large-scale)
distributed system to correlate data fragments with greater accuracy.
Current Status
The technique is being considered for
incorporation into the coming IBM
Enterprise Workload Manager releases to
minimize data noise and facilitate better autonomic management decision
making.

filed with the US patent office:
