Biography
I am part of the Spatial Reasoning research group. One of our on-going projects has been building a robot sheepdog to automatically herd either live or robotic animals. We showed our robotic flock at the Royal Society Summer Science Exhibition 2001.
I am interested in various aspects of geometric modelling, constructive solid geometry, as well as applications of interval arithmetic and multivariate Bernstein-base polynomial forms in geometry. I have a PhD in geometric modelling from Bath; when constructing geometric models I use the the SvLis set-theoretic modelling kernel developed there.
I am also a Fellow of the Geometric Modelling Society.
I recently co-authored this book
